1. Why it says ‘Freedom to Eat’?

No problem if you can’t reach any good restaurant in your locality, you can order it from using the web technology. Just a click of a mouse button, place your order and get it on your door. A variety of food menu available for you with different price list.

2. What is KhaoPeyo?

KhaoPeyo is a web portal and the purpose of KhaoPeyo.com is to provide its consumers, “Freedom to eat” and its partner restaurants “Freedom to sell”.

KhaoPeyo.com is providing a quick and convenient way to order food. Consumers can choose from a list of restaurants in their area, view complete online menus, and order food with just few clicks and get their food delivered at their doorstep. It is providing the consumers to order the food from your home to pick up later.

3. Where can I use KhaoPeyo?

KhaoPeyo.com can be used from anywhere and for everywhere; the consumer needs to find the restaurant providing services in their area.

Placing an Order (Upcoming Feature)

1. How do I place an order?

  • Step 1: Sign up yourself, click on the Sign Up button found on the Home Page. Provide all the required data and clicks submit on the Sign Up page.

  • Step 2: An email would be sent to your provided email address to activate your account. When you click on the link in your email your account will be activated.

  • Step 3: Sign In by providing your User Id and password.

  • Step 4: Update your account, enter your address, you can enter as many addresses as you want e.g. Home, Office. You can title your addresses as you want. To add your addresses you need to browse account page and in the ADD/Update address section start entering your address.

  • Step 5: Click on the Restaurant tab found on the Home Page and then select and restaurant found in your city and locality.

  • Step 6: After selecting the restaurant you have the Menu page of that restaurant.

  • Step 7: Start creating your order and the bill will be seen on the right side of the menu page.

  • Step 8: After finishing making order click on Place Order button.

2. Where I can see my order status?

You can see your order status in the “Pending Order” page. If you have just placed your order the status will be “placed” if restaurant preparing your order then it will be ‘open’ if it is sent then it will be ‘sent’ and for if any reason your order has been delayed then the status will be ‘on hold’.

3. What happens after I submit my order?

Your order will be accepted by the restaurant, start preparing it, and you need to wait till the delivery time restaurant given to you. You can see the status for your order from the “Pending Order” page.

4. How do I know that the restaurant received my order?

You can check the status of your order. It will be showing ‘processing’ when the restaurant received it.

5. How could I place the order for pick up?

You can place the as given above, just need to select the order type ‘pick up’ on the order page.

6. When would I need to pick up my order?

Restaurant will give you the estimated time to pick up the order

After Placing Your Order (Upcoming Feature)

1. Who should I call to check on the status of my order?

You don’t need to call anyone; you can see the status in ‘Pending Order’ page. And if you cannot see the status yet then call us at

2. What if I have a confirmation email from the restaurant but they have no record of my order?

If it would happen then call us at +92 021 34529789, 34327679.

3. What do I do if my food arrived and there is something wrong with my order?

You can contact the restaurant or send the feedback for their services. The feedback will be available directly to the management of the restaurant. The feedback option can be found whenever you logged in.

Delivery of Food (Upcoming Feature)

1. When would restaurant deliver my order?

When you are placing your order the restaurant’s estimated delivery time would be given. If the order size is big enough then the estimated delivery time can be re-estimated by the restaurant.

2. Could I customize the delivery timings?

Yes, you can place the order and select the delivery time you want. But if the restaurant not delivering the food on that particular timings than you can not avail the facility.

3. What would I do to pay the bill when the delivery man arrives?

You need to take the food and ask for the bill receipt. If the delivery man is without the receipt please report it as soon as possible.

Navigating the Site

1. How do I browse restaurants?

You have the ‘Restaurant’ tab on the Home Page and you have the list of restaurants displayed on the ‘Home Page’.

2. How do I use the order history? (Upcoming Feature)

‘Order History’ button is available on the ‘Home’ Page whenever you logged in. If the order is delivered, derailed or rejected it will automatically displayed in the ‘Order History’.

Payment and Pricing (Upcoming Feature)

1. What is the fee for using KhaoPeyo?

KhaoPeyo is absolutely free of cost for all consumers it says ‘Freedom to eat’.

2. How is the menu pricing determined?

Menu prices can be seen against every menu and the prices of all the restaurants are same as on the restaurants.

3. Is there a minimum to order?

Yes, you can find the minimum order restriction against every restaurant, it will b the restaurant policy for the delivery of the food. The minimum order limit is different for every restaurant.

4. How much should I tip for delivery?

No, not at all. It’s up to the customers.

5. What is the payment mode?

The payment mode is cash on delivery.

Managing My Account

1. I forgot my username/password, what do I do?

You can find the ‘forget password’ link on ‘Home’ Page.

2. Can I have two KhaoPeyo accounts with the same email address?

Yes, you can have multiple accounts for one email address.

3. Can I have multiple delivery addresses associated with one Account?

Yes, off course you have multiple addresses with one account. You can add as many addresses you want.

4. Can I change my User Id?

No, If the User Id once created cannot be updated. If you really want to do so you can sign up with different user id again.

5. Why I need to give directions and Landmarks?

Though entering landmark and directions are optional, if you enter these details the delivery-person can find your house easily and quickly. Also, you need enter these details only once and they will be available for all the orders you place.

6. Why it’s important to give email address?

Because, we are going to communicate with you through email address. So, it should be correct and mandatory to give email address. All the confirmations of orders will be sent through email address.

7. Can I change my Home address?

Yes, off course, you can delete and update your address whenever you want.

1. Why I am getting a message that a restaurant does not deliver to me?

It could be happen if restaurant is not providing services in your area or your order might be rejected.

2. How I know that my order has been rejected?

If your order has been rejected you will get a confirmation or rejection email in your account.

3. What can I do to help get my favorite restaurant on KhaoPeyo?

You can suggest your favorite restaurant from Suggest a Restaurant page. KhaoPeyo will contact the restaurant and try to bring him onboard.

1. I have some complaints about my order -- to whom should they be addressed?

You can find the feedback option for every order that you have made through KhaoPeyo.com. The feedback will be directly sent to the restaurant’s administrator. You will get the response from the restaurant for your feedback.
